​Homemade Bacon Mac and Cheese

Basically, we make an alfredo sauce that is not as thick and add a ton of cheese and bacon in there.  I am going to give the ingredient list for mine, since we did a double batch and it disappears quick, but you could do a single batch if you want.

Single Batch

• 2 sticks of butter
• one pound of macaroni
• one pint of heavy whipping cream
• one pound of bacon
• one bundle of green onion
• shredded cheese mix, some cheddar for color, italian blend, and I like the mexican blend also.
• corn starch

Double batch

• pound of butter
• two pound of macaroni
• two pints of heavy whipping cream
• 3 pounds of bacon
• two bundles of green onion
• shredded cheese mix, some cheddar for color, italian blend, and I like the mexican blend also.
